TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Ontario Automation & Robotics Inc. will arrange pickup and shipment of your items
- You are not required to pay any freight charges, duties, or taxes
- Packages 250lbs or less will be picked up via DHL, FedEx, or UPS
- Packages over 250lbs will be shipped via freight (and require a pallet, we can provide)
- Payment terms are NET30 - NET45.
- Payments will be processed within 4-6 weeks after parts are received and inspected
- A signed P.O. / Sales Contract will be provided prior to shipping arrangements
- Payment will be made via, Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Cheque, or PayPal
